Methods to Fix the Network Error 0x8007003B
Method 1: Scan Your PC for Virus and Malware
Make sure that your computer is free from viruses and malwares by executing a full antivirus scan. Moreover run CCleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-malware to ensure full protection.
Step 1: Download and setup CCleaner and Malwarebytes.

Step 2: Run Malwarebytes first and let it scan for the corrupt malware files in your system. It will automatically delete them if found.
Step 3: Now execute the CCleaner and under the windows tab in the cleaner section, make sure that the following options are checked to be cleaned as shown below.
Step 4: Once you have checked with the options, Run Cleaner and let the CCleaner perform its operation.
Step 5: Now select the Registry tab and ensure the following options are check marked as shown below.
Step 6: Select the option “Scan for issue” and allow CCleaner to execute the Scan operation.
Step 7: When asked “Do you want backup changes to the Registry?” Select Yes.
Step 8: Select fix all selected issues when your backup process has been completed.
Restart your PC after you have done with the scanning process from CCleaner and Malwarebytes.
Method 2: By disabling Antivirus programs
The antivirus programs can also be the cause of the Network Error 0x8007003B. All you need to do is turn off or disable the antivirus programs for a limited time and check if the error still occurs or not.
Step 1: From the system tray, right click on the Antivirus program and click on the “Disable Auto-Protect”.
Step 2: Select the time duration for which you want your Antivirus program to be disabled.
Step 3: Now, repeat the file copying process and check if the Network error 0x8007003B is resolved or not.

Method 3: By Disabling Firewall
Sometimes Windows Firewall can also be the cause for the Network Error 0x8007003B which can interfere with the file transfer process.
Step 1:
Press the to open the Control panel.
Step 2: Now click on System and security.
Step 3: After that click on Windows Firewall as shown below.
Step 4: Click on Windows firewall turn off option as shown.
Restart your PC and see if the problem is resolved or not.

Method 4: Run System File Checker (SFC) and Check disk (CHKDSK)
Step 1: Press the Windows Key + X to open Command Prompt (Admin).
Step 2: Now execute the following command and hit enter.
sfc/scannow
The above command will run a system scan. Wait for the scanning process to complete.
Step 3: Now, enter the command “CHKDSK”. It will examine your basic file system for errors and will fix it up automatically.
Step 4: Wait for the above process to complete and restart your PC to save changes.
Try copying the file again and see if the error is resolved or not.
Method 5: Execute System Restore
If you are still not able to resolve the network error 0x8007003B then the only option left at last is to restore your system to an earlier point. Method 6: Check for the Formatting of the Drive
Make sure that the drive is formatted with the NTFS (New File Technology System) while trying to copy the file. If it is formatted with the FAT32 then you will definitely get the network error 0x8007003B.
